Booking policy

Booking policy:

1) Deposit of 50% of the total amount of the current account reserve at Banco Santander within 2 business days after confirmation via email.

2) Payment in MASTER, VISA, AMEX or DINNERS credit card, 100% of the total amount of the daily allowance, if you choose this option we will send you a debit authorization form, which must be returned by email signed with a copy of the identity attached.

3) We remind you that sending email is not a guarantee of reservation or blocking of apartments.

Cancellation Policy:

Requests for cancellation must be sent in writing directly to the reservations department and the rates will be charged according to the relation below:

High Season, Mid Season and Holiday Packages:

Up to 20 days before: return of 60% of the total deposited.

Less than 20 days or no-show: no refund

Low season:

Up to 10 days before: return of 60% of the total deposited

Less than 10 or no-show: no refund

Communicating in advance the passenger may arrange for the replacement by another passenger on the same dates.
